Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PG
PathScheduler. By accessing the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use
the App.
1. Medical Disclaimer (Critical)
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Educational Use Only: This App is a study aid for the NEET PG exam. It is
NOT a clinical decision support tool.
- Not Medical Advice: Content (questions, explanations, notes) should not be used for
diagnosing or treating real patients.
- Accuracy: While we use the MedMCQA dataset and verify content, medical science
evolves. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Always refer to standard textbooks.
- AI Disclaimer: The App provides AI-generated content (explanations, search
results). AI can make mistakes. Users are explicitly advised to verify medically sensitive
information against standard textbooks and clinical guidelines.
- Liability: Reliance on any information provided by this App is solely at your own
risk. We are not liable for any clinical errors or exam results.
2. Exam Rank Predictor
The "Rank Predictor" and "College Finder" features use historical data and statistical algorithms. These are
ESTIMATES ONLY.
- We do NOT guarantee admission to any college.
- We do NOT guarantee any specific rank in the actual NEET PG exam.
- No Legal Claim: Users agree that no legal claim shall arise from reliance on rank
predictions.
3. Intellectual Property & Content
- Our IP: The app code, design, logos, and algorithms (FSRS implementation) are owned by
PG PathScheduler.
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you create (notes, diagrams,
voice notes). By using the App, you grant PG PathScheduler a non-exclusive license to host, store, and
display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
- Third-Party IP:
- MedMCQA Dataset: Licensed under MIT License (IIT Kharagpur).
- Google Gemini API: AI-generated explanations are processed by Google. We make
no guarantees about the accuracy of AI outputs.
- FSRS Algorithm: Licensed under MIT License (Open Spaced Repetition).
- External Content: User-uploaded diagrams/text from books remain the copyright
of their respective authors. You strictly claim fair use for personal study.
4. User Conduct & Termination
Prohibited Acts: You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
- Share your account credentials with others (One User = One Account).
- Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without
prior notice or liability, for valid reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these
Terms (e.g., account sharing, abusive behavior).
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Currently, the App is Free.
- We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future with clear prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PG PathScheduler shall not be liable for:
- Exam failure or poor results.
- Data loss (though we use distinct backup systems).
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
Reliance on any information provided by this App is solely at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
