These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PG
PathScheduler. By accessing the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Medical Disclaimer (NEET PG Study Tool)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- NO MEDICAL ADVICE: This application ("App") is an educational study aid designed
specifically for NEET PG aspirants. It is NOT a medical device. The information provided (including
quiz questions, explanations, AI responses, and AI Coach reports) is for educational and
informational purposes ONLY.
- NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE: This App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any
medical condition. It is NOT a clinical decision support tool and should NOT be used by healthcare
professionals or laypersons for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions of patients.
- ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: While we strive for accuracy using the MedMCQA dataset and
AI models, medical science is constantly evolving. Reliance on any information provided by this App
is solely at your own risk. Always verify medically sensitive information against standard
textbooks (e.g., Harrison's, Robbins) and current clinical guidelines.
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT: The App uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate explanations and
personalized reports. AI can provide incorrect information or "hallucinations." Users MUST verify
all AI outputs against clinical standards.
- CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider
with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

2. Rank Predictions & Community Leaderboards
The "Rank Predictor" features and community leaderboards use historical data and user-synced metrics. These
are ESTIMATES ONLY.
- We do NOT guarantee admission to any college or any specific rank in the actual NEET PG
exam.
- Leaderboards: Community rankings are based on shared user data. We do not guarantee the
unfiltered accuracy or persistence of these rankings.
- No Legal Claim: Users agree that no legal claim shall arise from reliance on rank
predictions or competitive outcomes.
3. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: The app code, design, logos, and algorithms (FSRS implementation) are owned by
PG PathScheduler.
- User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By using the App,
you grant PG PathScheduler a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display this content solely for
the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4. User Conduct
Prohibited Acts: You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App.
- Share your account credentials with others (One User = One Account).
- Manipulate leaderboard scores or community rankings via unfair means (bots, unauthorized data
injection).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PG PathScheduler shall not be liable for exam failure, data
loss, or any indirect damages. Reliance on any information provided by this App is solely at your own risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
